Privacy policy and messaging terms

Vespera ("we", "us") is operated by Ghion Worku, a sole proprietor based in Atlanta, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers vespera.build, our audit request form, and the text messages we send for ourselves and for our clients.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website or social handle, and anything you write in our audit request form or when you contact us.
- Information from calls and texts: when you call or text a business that uses a Vespera system, we process your phone number, the time of the call, and the messages you send, so that business can respond to you.
- Basic technical information: our hosting and form providers may log standard data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and prevent spam.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the service you or the business requested
- To prepare and deliver an audit you asked for
- To send the business a summary of your request so they can follow up
- To operate, secure and improve our systems
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages.
You may receive texts from Vespera if you check the consent box on our audit request form, or from a business that uses Vespera if you called that business and the call was missed. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at hello@vespera.build.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the system, such as our phone and messaging provider, email provider, form provider, hosting and automation tools, and the business you contacted. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep message and contact records for as long as the business relationship requires, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@vespera.build. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of messages.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
